This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you play the "Velumi: Domino Logic Puzzle" mobile game (the "Game").
By playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We do not collect or store any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number directly through the Game. However, the Game utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or provide tailored experiences.

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the Game. AdMob may collect and use your device identifier, IP address, and other usage data to serve relevant, personalized advertisements. On iOS devices, you will be prompted to grant permissions via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before any personalized ad tracking begins. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

B. RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)
We offer a one-time "No Ads" purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat tracks your purchase entitlement history to ensure your "No Ads" status works across your devices. They collect an anonymous app user ID but do not collect or store your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers).

C. PostHog (Analytics)
We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how players use the game so we can improve levels, fix problems, and make the experience better. PostHog data for our app is hosted in the European Union (eu.posthog.com).
PostHog collects anonymous, behavioral data only. Specifically:
- A randomly generated, device-level identifier (a "distinct ID") used to group events from the same device. This is not linked to your name, email, or any account.
- The app version and basic app events (app opened, sent to background, brought to foreground).
- In-game events such as: starting, selecting, and completing levels; time spent on a level; requesting and using hints; tutorial progress; language changes; and purchase-related actions (viewing the "No Ads" offer, starting, completing, cancelling, or restoring a purchase) and rewarded-ad results.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information to PostHog. We do not use this data to advertise to you.

3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
If you are playing the Game on an iOS device running iOS 14.5 or later, we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. Your choice will strictly determine whether our advertising partners (such as AdMob) can collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve personalized ads.
4. Data Retention and Security
Since we do not store your personal information on our own servers, data retention is managed entirely by the third-party platforms (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, PostHog) per their respective policies. The security of data transmitted to these services is governed by industry-standard encryption protocols mandated by Apple and Google.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Game is suitable for users of all ages, including children (App Store rating 4+). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. We do not directly collect, store, or share any Personal Identifiable Information from any user, regardless of age. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concerns about your child's use of the Game or the third-party services we use, please contact us.
