Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Velumi: Domino Logic Puzzle mobile game (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms are entered into between you and Velumi ("we," "us," or "our"), the publisher/developer of the Game, and set out the rules governing your use of the Game.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
This license is subject to the rules and terms of use of the applicable app store.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Game, you agree to:
- comply with applicable laws,
- not disrupt the operation of the Game,
- not cheat, automate, tamper with, or reverse engineer the Game,
- not manipulate advertising, purchasing, or reward flows, and
- not infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties.
Except where expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law, you are not authorized to decompile, derive from, copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game.
4. Game Content and Intellectual Property
The Game, including its software, designs, visuals, text, audio, logos, gameplay mechanics, and all other content, is owned by us or our licensors.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
5. Advertising
The Game may include advertisements.
On iOS devices, where applicable, we may request your permission for personalized advertising via App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
If you do not grant permission, you may still see ads in the Game, but they may not be personalized to your interests.
6. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer a one-time "No Ads" purchase option.
This purchase:
- is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store,
- is subject to the applicable store's payment, refund, and billing rules, and
- may be managed through RevenueCat for entitlement verification and restoration.
We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
The purchase price and terms shown in the applicable store interface at checkout will apply.
7. Restoring Purchases
Where available, you may restore your previously purchased "No Ads" entitlement using the same store account.
Purchase verification depends on the relevant store and/or RevenueCat infrastructure.
For technical reasons, we do not guarantee that every restoration request will be completed immediately or without error.
8. Privacy
How your data is processed while using the Game is explained in our separately provided Privacy Policy.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have also read the Privacy Policy to the extent applicable.
9. Updates, Changes, and Availability
We may, without prior notice:
- update,
- change,
- suspend,
- limit, or
- remove
the Game or any feature of the Game.
We do not guarantee that the Game will always operate uninterrupted, error-free, securely, or in full compatibility with any specific device.
10. Suspension and Termination
If we believe that you have violated these Terms, we may temporarily or permanently restrict or terminate your access to the Game.
You may stop using the Game and delete it from your device at any time.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Game will fully meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Game.
For free users, our liability is limited to the lowest level permitted by law.
If you made a paid purchase, and subject to mandatory legal rules, our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.
13. App Stores
If you downloaded the Game through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the relevant store's own terms may also apply to your use.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory legal requirements or store requirements, the applicable store rules will prevail to the extent necessary.
14. Children and Parental Supervision
The Game may appeal to broad age groups. However, parents and guardians are responsible for providing the necessary supervision over children's gameplay and in-app purchase activity.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will publish the updated text and it will become effective upon publication.
Your continued use of the Game after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
